Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers. Your primary duties will include taking food and drink orders, delivering orders to tables, and handling cash transactions. Duties:

• Greet guests and escort them to their tables
• Present menus and answer any questions regarding menu items
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional manner
• Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns
• Handle cash transactions, including processing payments, making change, and providing receipts
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including dining tables, counters, and serving stations
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Experience:

• Previous experience as a Server or in the food industry is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with cash register operation and basic math skills
• Knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) systems is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional guest experiences
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
