As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have everything they need for an enjoyable dining experience. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Aloha POS system. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Provide information about menu items, specials, and dietary restrictions to guests. Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders. Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to maintain a safe dining environment. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance guest relations. Skills Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required. Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills for processing transactions. Strong guest service skills with an emphasis on guest relations. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well as part of a team. A passion for culinary arts is a plus, enhancing your ability to engage with guests about menu offerings.
