As a Bottle Service Waitress you will be required to be quick on your toes. Big personality, and comfortable with night life. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Take accurate food and drink orders using the Aloha POS system. Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring presentation standards are met. Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns promptly. Assist with food handling and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, floors, and service stations. Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of each meal. Qualifications Proven experience in customer service or food service roles is preferred. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables effectively. Basic math skills for processing orders and payments accurately. Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members. Ability to upsell menu items effectively to maximize sales opportunities. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Experience in nightclub or high-energy restaurant environments is advantageous.
