The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing an exceptional dining experience. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have a memorable experience at our restaurant. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, providing them with menus and information about daily specials. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Assist with bussing tables to maintain a clean and organized dining area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure guest health and safety. Process payments accurately using basic math skills. Skills Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously. Experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings is preferred but not required. Proficient in food handling practices to ensure quality service. Basic math skills for processing orders and payments accurately. Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. A proactive attitude towards helping guests and enhancing their overall experience.
