The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. Responsibilities Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately. Ensure that all orders are correct before serving to guests. Assist servers in providing excellent guest services by anticipating needs and responding promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including clearing tables and resetting for new guests. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding order status and any special requests from guests. Support the team during busy periods by assisting with food preparation or other tasks as needed. Adhere to all food handling and safety guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
