Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets quality standards. Provide recommendations on menu items and specials to enhance the dining experience. Maintain cleanliness of tables, utensils, and dining areas throughout service. Assist with food preparation as needed, including bussing tables and restocking supplies. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Qualifications Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak hours. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
