Beverage Server Riverwalk Casino and Hotel of Vicksburg Vicksburg, MS 39180 Include, but are not limited to: Providing prompt, efficient, and courteous service to casino guests Performing necessary tasks to service guests, i.e., taking and filling all beverage orders and assisting and maintaining gaming area in a clean and neat manner Monitoring guests’ needs on a continual basis, ensuring all beverage requests are promptly filled Assisting other beverage personnel with maintenance, including opening/closing duties, as necessary Cleaning unwanted debris from the guests’ gaming area such as bottles, cups, glasses, paper, and emptying ashtrays Helping refill beverage supplies at all service stations Requesting identification from guests when legal age is in question Utilizing proper call order when ordering beverages from bartender in a courteous manner Helping keep service wells stocked, clean, and sanitary Staying current on department and property promotions and compliance guidelines Performing all other duties specified or assigned Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job with or without reasonable accommodations.
