As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent guest relations and service. Duties Greet and seat guests in a welcoming manner, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable. Take accurate food and beverage orders, providing recommendations based on menu knowledge. Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Handle cash transactions efficiently, processing payments accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns. Assist with guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout their dining experience. Uphold company policies regarding health, safety, and sanitation practices. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry or customer service is preferred but not required. Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing outstanding guest services. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining high standards in food handling. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a busy environment. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
