Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring that all dining needs are met promptly and efficiently. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Take accurate food and beverage orders using a point-of-sale system. Serve food and drinks promptly while adhering to food safety standards. Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy to enhance guest relations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and special requests. Promote menu items and upsell when appropriate to enhance the dining experience. Follow all health and safety regulations in accordance with food safety guidelines. Experience Previous experience in the food industry or customer service is preferred but not required. Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing excellent guest services. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
