Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests in a fine dining setting
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• help manage guest reservations and seating arrangements
• Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to enhance the dining experience
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
• Assist with bussing and resetting tables as needed
• Operate Aloha POS system and submit cash register transactions with accuracy
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment preferred
• Able to explain menus, food and beverage items with strong knowledge of the items and beverages offered
• Strong knowledge of hospitality standards and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math skills for handling payments
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
