What We’re Looking For:

WEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS A MUST

• At least 2 years of serving/barista experience
• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Ability to work well on a small, tight-knit team
• Warm, professional communication with guests and coworkers
• Comfort with POS systems, multitasking, and early mornings
• A strong level of commitment through the next few months as we build momentum and finalize our roster We’re aiming for a July 1 opening, and while the energy will be fun and casual, we’ll need teammates who can show up early and stay consistent.

If you’re still in full party mode, this might not be the best fit—we need folks who can hit the ground running (and caffeinated). ⸻
