This is a meaningful and vital position where you positively impact the lives of our residents, visitors, and fellow team members every day. Shifts include four 10-hour days, regularly working Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, with an additional flexible weekday. No late nights, which means you will have more quality time to maintain a balanced life. What you’ll do: Perform general serving duties and completes other duties assigned by Executive Chef, Sous Chef, and Team Lead Server Assist in assembly and completion of carry-out meals and deliver meals as needed Ensure quality service is provided to residents, guests, and team members by following the proper meal service techniques Have complete knowledge of venue menus and can relay in detail information to residents, guests, and team members Be familiar and knowledgeable of policies and procedures of dining services and Givens Estates Follow up with residents, guests, and team members to ensure expectations are met and/or exceeded Perform any other duties and/or tasks that may be assigned on an as-needed basis by an authorized supervisor What you’ll need: Working knowledge of sanitary standards related to food handling and preparation High School or GED equivalent is preferred Knowledge to serve meals in an appealing and appetizing manner Must be at least 18 years old

Compensation:

$17.00 – $18.50 per hour based on experience, plus our comprehensive benefits package! S till curious about what Givens is all about?
