Job Description:

We are looking for a FOH to join our team. Must have a polite, friendly, and willing to learn attitude

Qualifications:

• Basic written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational and multitasking skills
• Accuracy and speed in executing tasks
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in FOH jobs, such as server, cashier, food runner, customer service are preferred
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Must be able to work quickly in a confined area and stand for extended periods of time.

General Job Responsibilities:

• Greeting guests and ensuring a positive experience
• Taking and running orders
• Serving food and drinks
• Handling customer inquiries
• Maintaining a clean and organized dining area
• Bussing tables and doing dishes for FOH
• Restocking beverages, bags, napkins, to go boxes, utensils, etc.
• Opening and closing duties which include but are not limited to cleaning surfaces, mats, sweeping and moping, restocking, etc.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED
• One year of experience as a server, counter service cashier, food runner or customer service
