The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest services and a strong ability to upsell menu items. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. Duties Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and drink orders accurately using the POS system. Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials, to enhance guest experience. Upsell additional items to maximize sales opportunities. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns promptly. Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Ensure compliance with food safety standards, including proper food handling and sanitation practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or restaurant settings is preferred. Strong upselling skills with the ability to engage guests effectively. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations is a plus. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
