Full Job Description About Us:

At The Sweetest Thing, we’re more than just scoops and sprinkles—we’re a family-owned, community-loved ice cream shop where locals come to celebrate life’s sweetest moments. We serve homemade ice cream (made in-house!), Hershey’s, and Philly water ice. We’re looking for friendly, energetic team members who are excited to bring smiles and serve up joy to our community.

What You’ll Do:

Greet customers warmly and provide sweet, memorable service Scoop ice cream and craft fun treats like milkshakes, sundaes, floats, and more Handle transactions at the register accurately and efficiently Restock supplies and keep the shop sparkling clean Assist with shop upkeep: dishwashing, sweeping, prepping toppings Work with a team to keep things smooth, even when it’s busy

What We’re Looking For:

A positive attitude and great people skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliability and punctuality Team player vibes – we help each other out here Availability for evening and weekend shifts Must be at least 16+ years old.

Food service experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right scoop superstar!
