Food Runners / Expedite Food Window Crab’s Claw Oceanfront Caribbean Seafood Restaurant 201 West Atlantic Boulevard, Atlantic Beach, NC 28512
Responsibilities:
Crabs Claw Oceanfront Caribbean Restaurant is open year-round. Must be able to work Weekends, Holidays, Nights. Expediting Food Out of the Service window to Speed up the Flow of Food and Increase Sales in House Must learn Entire Menu and know what plates served with different conidiments Shifts are from 12 to 5:30pm, 5pm to Close Help servers gather plates and run up to guest Help kitchen Clean Stock and backup condiments used during shift Collect Tips from Servers No Free Parking Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere. Inventory, Ordering, Control and Management of Complete Bar and Liquor. Must Keep Records of Usage Every Day. Must be able to work at least 25-30 hours a week mostly nights and or weekends Mature, Responsible, and be able to pass drug test.
