What You’ll Do:
Deliver exceptional, personalized service to every table Learn our menu deeply so you can guide and upsell with confidence Help guests discover new wines, dishes, and experiences Anticipate guest needs and solve problems before they arise Collaborate closely with the kitchen and support staff Stay cool, kind, and in control—even when it’s slammed
Who You Are:
Experienced in casual-fine dining or upscale casual restaurants Committed to professionalism and continuous improvement Naturally generous, observant, and quick on your feet Comfortable memorizing menu items, ingredients, and wine pairings Available day, evenings, weekends, and holidays- Mondays and Tuesdays are yours Passionate about food, wine, and warm hospitality
