Experienced Server – Postal Fish Company (Pittsboro, NC) Postal Fish Company is looking for a skilled, knowledgeable server to join our team. This is a serious, guest-facing position in a fast-paced, chef-driven restaurant. Strong service experience and beer, wine, and liquor knowledge are required. Job Overview As a server, you’ll deliver thoughtful, professional service while enhancing each guest’s experience. We’re looking for someone who brings energy, attention to detail, and pride in their work.

Duties include:

Guiding guests through food and beverage menus Taking accurate orders and using the POS system Upselling and pairing wine, beer, and spirits Serving food and drinks with efficiency and professionalism Monitoring guest needs and responding quickly Maintaining a clean and organized section Collaborating with team members during service

Requirements:

Minimum 4 shifts per week (must include weekends) Prior full-service restaurant experience Strong communication and multitasking skills Familiarity with POS systems and food safety standards Friendly, calm, and reliable

Hours:

Tuesday-Saturday, 5 PM – 8 PM Closed Sunday & Monday Two week-long closures each year

$20.00 – $35.00 per hour
