The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality food and beverage service. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Aloha POS system, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including upselling specials and featured dishes to enhance guest satisfaction. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring that all orders are delivered accurately and presented beautifully. Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly to ensure satisfaction. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, adhering to health and safety standards. Process cash handling transactions accurately, including handling tips in accordance with company policies. Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow team members to ensure smooth operations during service hours. Requirements Previous experience in food service or fine dining is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest services and hospitality. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Familiarity with cash handling procedures is essential; experience with Aloha POS is a plus. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds as needed. A team player who is willing to assist colleagues when necessary for the overall success of the restaurant.
