Server Assistants at Group Therapy Pub & Playground – Fayetteville, NC (Food Runners & Bussers – $7.25/hr + tip-out)

Position Type:

Full-Time & Part-Time Pay:

$7.25/hour plus tip-out from servers and bartenders

Start Date:

Before Grand Opening. Start training Mid June.

About Us:

Group Therapy Pub & Playground is Fayetteville’s all-in-one entertainment spot—featuring axe throwing, mini golf, duckpin bowling, digital darts, and a full kitchen and bar. We’re looking for energetic Server Assistants to help deliver fast, fun, and friendly service to our guests.

What You’ll Do:

Support servers by clearing and resetting tables quickly and efficiently Run food and drinks to guests with accuracy and urgency Assist with side work, restocking, and cleaning duties Ensure the dining and game areas stay clean and organized Provide backup support to the front-of-house team as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Positive, team-first attitude Ability to move quickly and stay on your feet during for extened periods of time Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Must be 16+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S. Evening and weekend availability
