Responsibilities:

Knowledge of the food safety, and resort operational policies Safety conscious and in compliance of all laws concerning the safety of others Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced work environment Must be highly motivated and able to work with minimal supervision Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules Ensure the kitchen area is maintained as a clean, safe and sanitary area

Requirements:
