Summary We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team at East Coast Wings + Grill. In this role, you will provide outstanding service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience while contributing to our vibrant restaurant atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system. Deliver food and beverages promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations. Assist with cash register operations and handle payments accurately. Provide recommendations on menu items to enhance the dining experience. Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism. Requirements Previous experience in a server or hospitality role preferred. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest interactions. Familiarity with POS systems; Aloha POS experience is a plus. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
