Responsibilities:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and hospitality Greet guests immediately Enters all food and beverage orders into POS system Assists guests in making menu and beverage selections Up-sells non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages. Delivers the check and processes payment promptly Anticipate guests needs Completes side work duties throughout shift Keep your station Neat, Clean, and Organized Comfortable working as a team in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations Ability to work on your feet for 8 hours or more a day Ability to bend, kneel, and lift items frequently weighing up to 25 pounds Ability to be patient and have a guest-oriented mindset Ability to maintain positive working relationships with all team members Attention to cleanliness and safety procedures Must have reliable transportation 18+ age requirements for serving
