The To Go Server role has become a vital role in the restaurant with To-Go and Delivery services in high demand! Competitive hourly wage + tips for our To-Go Server team!

What We Expect of You:

• Be a great listener and give each guest your undivided attention when communicating with them
• Greets guests immediately to insure prompt and efficient delivery of food and beverages
• Be Neat, Clean, and Organized keeping your To Go area clean and fully stocked
• Ensures that each dish is prepared exactly as the guest prefers BEFORE items are delivered to the guest
• Reviews ticketed order with the guest to ensure they have everything they need before leaving the restaurant
• Immediately corrects any items that are not prepared to the guest’s expectations and include a manager to speak with the guest

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations Ability to work on your feet for 8 hours or more a day Ability to bend, kneel, and lift items frequently weighing up to 25 pounds Ability to be patient and have a guest-oriented mindset Ability to maintain positive working relationships with all team members
