Position Summary:

Greensboro Country Club is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Poolside Beverage Server to provide exceptional service to our guests in a relaxed and vibrant outdoor setting. This role is responsible for taking and delivering beverage orders, maintaining a clean pool area, and creating a memorable experience for all guests enjoying our pool facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and take drink orders promptly. Provide beverage menu knowledge and make recommendations based on guest preferences. Serve beverages in accordance with state and local laws and hotel policies. Ensure guests have everything they need during their time poolside Monitor guest consumption of alcoholic beverages Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of poolside service areas, including clearing used dishes and glassware promptly. Upsell premium beverages and poolside specials to enhance the guest experience. Communicate effectively with bartenders to ensure smooth and timely service. Adhere to safety and emergency procedures at all times.

Qualifications:

Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred; poolside or outdoor service experience is a plus. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and possess any required certifications (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe, etc.). Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and hot weather conditions.

Physical requirements:

ability to stand and walk for long periods, lift trays, and navigate poolside surfaces.

Available Shifts:

Tuesday-Sunday 11am-7pm
