The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Duties Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner Present menus, make recommendations, and take orders accurately Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance the guest experience Maintain a clean and organized work environment Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly Utilize POS systems for order entry and payment processing Experience Previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred Strong knowledge of fine dining etiquette and service standards Proficiency in using POS systems for order entry Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus Exceptional guest relations skills to ensure a positive dining experience
