Diner Server Pilot Travel Plaza Store 65 Sadler Road, Dunn, NC 28334 Diner Server Are you enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer service in a fun and dynamic environment? Do you have a positive attitude and willingness to learn? Come join our team at Milestone Diner. As a server in our diner, you will have the opportunity to interact with customers, take orders, and deliver delicious meals. This role offers a great chance to enhance your customer service skills and work in a well established restaurant.
Responsibilities:
Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner Take accurate food and beverage orders Deliver orders promptly and ensure customer satisfaction Some light cleaning duties
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in a customer service role is not required but is a plus 16+ are encouraged to apply. Employee discounts on meals are available. Flexible hours including nights/weekends/morning shifts. This is a part time or full time position.
