Server/Cashier Food Masters Dunn, NC 28334 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server/Cashier to join our team in a well established food service environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and a strong understanding of food safety and preparation. This role involves taking orders, processing payments, and ensuring that customers have a pleasant dining experience. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with menu selections. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using a cash register system. Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and kitchen workspace. Process payments and handle cash transactions with accuracy. Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the food industry.
