Must be at least 21 years old. Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server/Host to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. As a Host/Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations, from greeting guests to taking orders and serving food. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere. Manage seating arrangements to optimize restaurant flow. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing the cash register for transactions. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely delivery. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and menus. Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Assist with food handling procedures in accordance with health regulations to ensure safety standards are met. Support sales initiatives by upselling menu items and promoting daily specials. Requirements Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Familiarity with cash registers and basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to learn are essential traits for success in this role. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
