Applicants must be have at least five shifts of availability (shifts start at 4:30pm during the week and 3:30pm on the weekends) with at least two years of high volume fine dining experience. Experience with private parties is a plus. All applicants must possess the highest standards in hospitality, have good wine knowledge and display great communication skills.
