Responsibilities Set up banquet tables and dining areas according to event specifications. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner. Assist with bussing tables, clearing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the event. Ensure that all food safety standards are followed during service. Provide excellent guest relations by addressing any questions or concerns promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators to ensure smooth operations. Assist with catering tasks as needed, including food preparation and presentation. Maintain knowledge of menu items to provide accurate information to guests. Experience Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred, particularly in banquet or catering settings. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests. Familiarity with food safety practices is a plus. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
