A busser/server with us works with the service staff to ensure guests’ tables are properly cleaned and flipped.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Removes dirty dishes, glasses, and utensils as needed. Brings dishes to the dishwashing station and sorts as needed. Replenishes items at service stations. Assists the serving staff with table setting by retrieving items needed for the table, i.e., silverware, napkins, syrup, butter. Cleans tables and resets place settings after guests leave. Cleans in the restaurant as needed. Delivers food orders from the kitchen to customers’ tables rapidly and accurately. Answers questions guests may have while at the table.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Able to multi-task and follow directions. Reliable.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of standing and walking. Must be able to lift, balance, and carry trays of food weighing up to 25 pounds.
