The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding guest services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. As a Server, you will play a vital role in the food service industry by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and assisting with various tasks to enhance the dining experience. Duties Greet guests warmly and present menus in a friendly manner. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and specials. Handle cash register transactions efficiently and accurately. Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Experience Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required. Familiarity with culinary practices and food preparation techniques is a plus. Basic math skills for handling cash register transactions effectively. Strong guest service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
