The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude. Positions include combinations of day and night shifts. Asian restaurant work experience and knowledge of chinese food and sushi is highly preferred. Pay is mostly dependent on tips. Servers make about $15-25 per hour on average. You get to keep all your tips! You don’t need to tip out, no tip pool. A Server’s responsibility is attending to diners before, during, and after their meals by helping them place, receive, and pay for their orders . They also ensure the timely delivery of food and beverages by checking on their tables periodically throughout the service time and providing a great guest experience. Servers are also responsible for opening and closing work and keeping the dining room clean.
