The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. Responsibilities Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately. Assist servers by ensuring that all orders are complete before they are served to guests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including bussing tables and clearing dishes. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding order status and any special requests from guests. Help set up and break down banquet events as needed, ensuring all food service standards are met. Adhere to food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment for guests. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with culinary terminology and food handling practices is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented atmosphere. A passion for hospitality and providing excellent customer service.
