The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. Duties Deliver appetizers from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently, timely, and accurately. Memorizing appetizers and sauces to increase speed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction and address any needs or concerns promptly. Support bussing duties as needed to maintain a clean and welcoming environment. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations. Skills Experience in food handling and knowledge of safe food service practices. Familiarity with restaurant operations, including experience in a fast-paced food service environment. Understanding of kitchen operations and the ability to communicate effectively with cooks and kitchen staff. Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
