Food Server/Cashier Kozi Italian Street Food Charlotte 11318 North Community House Road, Charlotte, NC 28277 “`Job Summary“` We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Server/ Cashier. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling transactions at the cash register, and assisting with various duties to ensure a smooth and efficient operation. “`Duties“`
- Greet customers with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register
- Server the food to Dine in Customers. Hand over food to the take out/online order custiomers
- Provide product information and assist customers in finding the items they need
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and restocking merchandise
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals “`Qualifications“`
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling
- Knowledge of technology products or technical sales experience is beneficial
