- 10 / 11 PM) At least one year serving experience in a casual dining atmosphere. Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, beer, and wine
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink and food orders and relay them accurately to the bar or kitchen staff
- Maintain cleanliness
- Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Upsell drinks and promote specials to increase revenue Experience
- Previous experience in serving or hospitality industry preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic retail math skills
- Familiarity with fine dining or restaurant environments is a plus
- Certification in food safety is advantageous but not required
