Pay Rate:

$19.00•21.00/hour

Shifts Available:

6:00 a.m.•2:00 p.m. | 11:00 a.m.•8:00 p.m. Must be available to work weekends and holidays. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Ensure the dining room is clean and set up to company standards for all meals and functions. Greet all residents and guests with a smile, ensuring everyone has a place to sit. Take food orders, present them to kitchen staff, and deliver meals promptly and properly. Ensure accurate fulfillment of orders and check food quality and presentation. Quickly respond to resident and guest requests, ensuring their satisfaction. Ensure drinks are poured and refilled timely. Adhere to all food handling, safety, and sanitation standards. Assist in setting tables, removing dirty dishes, disposing of waste materials, and restocking inventory. Assist in cleaning and setting up the serving area according to company standards. Ensure residents’ safety by removing walkers from the dining room and returning them promptly after meals. Make each resident or guest feel valued and take pleasure in serving them. Fully understand the menu and be able to explain selections to residents and guests. Maintain high standards of appearance, cleanliness, and personal hygiene. Attend all required in-service training sessions. Be an active member of the community’s emergency response team. Perform other responsibilities as assigned. Minimum Requirements Accredited food handler certification within 60 days as per State guidelines. High School Diploma or GED preferred. 6 months to one year of related experience preferred. Great customer service attitude and ability to interact well with staff, residents, and guests. Ability to follow written and oral instructions. Ability to work independently or with others in completing assigned tasks. EOE/M/F/D/V
