Job Overview:

The Bistro Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests in the hotel’s Bistro. This role involves a variety of duties, including food and beverage service, guest assistance, and maintaining the overall ambiance of the Bistro area.

Responsibilities Guest Service:

o Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner. o Anticipate and address guest needs, offering personalized service. o Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and reservations. o Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities.

Food and Beverage Service:

o Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established standards. o Stock and maintain the lounge with appropriate supplies. o Ensure proper food presentation and temperature control. o Clean and sanitize work areas regularly.

Bistro Maintenance:

o Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Bistro. o Restock supplies as needed. o Monitor the lounge environment, ensuring a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. o Address any maintenance issues promptly.

Administrative Tasks:

o Complete daily checklists and reports. o Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures. o Assist with inventory control and ordering. Qualifications . Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred. . Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. . Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. . Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. . Ability to work independently and as part of a team. . Food Handler’s Certification (if required by local regulations).
