Job Description
Server La Belle Helene 300 South Tryon Street, Charlotte, NC 28202 La Belle Helene is seeking Servers to add to our dynamic team! Ideal candidates need to be knowledgeable, works well in a high-volume and fast paced environment, and has a polite and friendly attitude. We’re looking for people that have a willingness to learn the details of our continually evolving menu, work with other service staff as a tight-knit team while implementing our “There Is Only We” company culture, and have a passion for interacting with guests.
Responsibilities include:
- Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order adhering to steps of service
- Complete and comprehensive knowledge of the a la carte menus is mandatory, including daily features, wine, beer, and craft cocktails.
- Answer questions or make recommendations about our food and beverage menu specific to guest experience
- Take orders, issue bills, and accept payment using our POS system
- Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff to ensure customer satisfaction Requirements include:
- Friendly, hospitable, and professional demeanor
- A willingness to continually elevate service standards and desire to improve personal food and beverage knowledge is required.
- Organized, quick thinking, and adept at multitasking.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience in fine dining/upscale dining.
- Knowledge of health codes and food safety rules Our servers must have day and night availability, along with weekend and holiday availability.
