Duties Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Provide detailed menu descriptions and make recommendations based on guest preferences. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Handle cash register transactions, including processing payments and managing cash handling procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery and address any guest concerns. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any issues promptly. Adhere to food handling and safety regulations to ensure the health and safety of all guests. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred; nightclub or fine dining experience is a plus. Strong basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Exceptional communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service. Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required.
