Delivering plates to specified seats with confidence and ability to explain dishes to guests. Communicating with Expo/Chef/FOH Manager on needs from servers/guests. Clearing tables without being intrusive on guest experience. Sanitizing and resetting place settings for tables and communicating reset tables with Host/Hostess. Completing all delegated sidework for opening/closing shifts. Keeping a calm composure in high stress situations. Providing exceptional customer experience. The right candidate for this job should be able to multitask food and beverage orders and deliveries.
