Henrietta’s , a concept under the Rally umbrella, is a cozy neighborhood restaurant in Charlotte’s Lower South End, created in partnership with Chef Andres Kaifer of Customshop. Known for seasonal dishes made with local farm ingredients, Henrietta’s delivers fresh, thoughtful meals in a welcoming, design-forward setting. We believe in creating an experience where warmth, detail, and community are always on the menu.
Position Overview:
At Henrietta’s, SA’s bring thoughtful energy and seamless support to the floor, ensuring our service flows gracefully and our dining spaces stay pristine. This role is a key member of our front-of-house team, focused on attentiveness, pace, and guest comfort. SA’s assist servers and bartenders by resetting tables, running food, clearing dishes, polishing glassware, and helping maintain the elevated dining experience our guests expect. A calm presence, eye for detail, and collaborative spirit are essential.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Support the overall guest experience by delivering food and beverage efficiently and gracefully Maintain a clean and polished environment by resetting tables and ensuring readiness between seatings Assist service staff in the coordination and flow of multi-course meals Ensure high standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation Stay alert to guest needs and communicate clearly with the service team Maintain pace and professionalism in a detail-oriented, fast-paced setting Follow all Henrietta’s and Rally guidelines, policies, and procedures Perform additional duties as assigned To Be Successful in
This Role, You’ll:

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
