As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service in a fine dining environment, ensuring that each guest feels welcomed and valued. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Present menus and provide detailed descriptions of food and beverage offerings. Take accurate food and drink orders using the OpenTable system. Ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards. Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests, providing excellent guest services throughout their dining experience. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring all payments are processed correctly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and address any issues that may arise. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils as needed. Uphold the restaurant’s standards for hospitality, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Experience Previous experience in a server role, preferably in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting. Knowledge of food handling practices and culinary terminology is highly desirable. Strong guest service skills with the ability to manage multiple tables efficiently. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments. Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus. A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests is essential.
