Maintains dining ambiance with an enthusiastic attitude Basic knowledge of point of-sales systems in-depth knowledge of wines Prior experience in food-service establishments High level of stamina, requires to be on your feet for extended periods Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation Take phone orders Issue bills and accept payment Closing procedures Opening procedures
