AM/PM Servers Holiday Inn Wrightsville Beach Resort Wrightsville Beach, NC 28480 Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer service while ensuring that all food and beverage orders are accurately taken and delivered. Duties Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations as needed. Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner, ensuring presentation meets our high standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely delivery of meals. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Adhere to all food safety and handling procedures to ensure the health and safety of our guests. Assist with catering events as needed, providing excellent service in various settings. Support bartending staff during busy periods by assisting with drink preparation and service. Experience Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety standards is a plus. Experience in catering or bartending is advantageous but not mandatory. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to help others are essential traits for success in this role.
