Food Runner at Sugo Italian Steakhouse — Downtown Wilmington, NC Are you passionate about great food and top-notch service? Join the team at Sugo Italian Steakhouse , a locally loved restaurant in the heart of downtown Wilmington, NC. We’re looking for a friendly, energetic Food Runner to help us deliver an exceptional dining experience to every guest, every time.
What You’ll Do:
As a Food Runner, you’re the vital link between our kitchen and our guests. You’ll work closely with servers and chefs to ensure each dish is delivered promptly, accurately, and with a smile.
Your day-to-day will include:
Delivering food from the kitchen to tables efficiently and with care Working alongside servers to ensure guests get exactly what they ordered Assisting with light food prep and garnishing when needed Maintaining a clean, organized service area and upholding food safety standards Providing friendly, attentive service — you’re part of what makes dining with us special Regularly carrying up to 50 pounds and comfortably going up and down stairs throughout your shift
