Job Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your main responsibility will be to take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction. Duties:

• Greet guests and escort them to their tables
• Present menus and provide detailed information about the dishes and beverages
• Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
• Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of food
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner
• Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
• Upsell additional items or specials to enhance the dining experience
• Process payments using cash registers or POS systems
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
• Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent guest services

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Server or in a similar role is preferred
• Strong knowledge of basic math for handling payments accurately
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide outstanding customer service with a friendly demeanor
• Basic understanding of food preparation techniques and ingredients
• Familiarity with OpenTable or other reservation systems is a plus
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
