The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for the culinary arts. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience by providing attentive service, maintaining cleanliness, and effectively managing time during busy shifts. Duties Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing knowledge of the menu to assist guests. Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation and sanitation standards are met. Maintain cleanliness of tables, utensils, and dining areas by bussing tables and sanitizing surfaces regularly. Process payments using a cash register, ensuring accuracy in transactions. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction. Adhere to all food safety regulations and restaurant policies. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Knowledge of culinary practices, including sanitation standards for food handling. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Familiarity with cash register operations is a plus. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
